Karin received her B.S in Communications from Cal State Fullerton and worked in sales before joining the GSM team in 1994. She worked as Inside Sales for many years and is now the Outside Salesperson covering San Diego, Imperial, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Karin has a vast knowledge of the Water and Wastewater industry and is focused on education, training, and support for Municipalities, Engineers, Contractors, and Wholesalers.

Josh received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of San Francisco. After graduation Josh worked in HVAC sales for several years in the Southern California area. He started working at GSM in 2021 as an Inside Salesperson and is now the Outside Salesperson for La County, Central Coast, Orange County, and Clark County Nevada. Josh works with Municipalities, Engineers, Contractors, and Wholesalers on education about the innovative water and wastewater products GSM represents. Brittney Michael Murphy - Operations and Accounting

Brittney Michael Murphy has been with GSM since 2019, starting in Inside Sales, and moving to Outside Sales. She is now managing the company’s operations and the GSM warehouse in Orange CA. Brittney completed her education with a bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University in Industrial Organizational Psy., and has over 11 years of experience in the customer service industry. In one of her first conferences, she was a guest speaker at the Tristate Seminar in 2021. GSM is a long-standing member and supporter of the SCWA, CWEA, and those in the water and wastewater industry.
Crystal Flitton - Technical Sales Manager

Crystal Flitton is GSM's Sales Manager with over 20 years of experience in the Waterworks industry. She is a strategic leader who focuses her team on supporting the products we represent with knowledge and experience-based education and strategies. She completed her education with a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Phoenix.
Legacy
Patrick Michael & Stew Harvey
Pat and Stew became business partners in 1994 launching Golden Sun Marketing as a representative of manufactured materials for the wastewater and water industries. They grew GSM on the premise of customer service and industry education, which the company still stands behind today.
Stew Harvey retired from GSM in 2019 and is enjoying life with his wife in beautiful Wyoming.
Patrick Michael’s leadership of GSM ended in 2021 with his passing.
Both men have left an indelible mark on the Water and Wastewater industry and GSM and we continue on upholding their legacy.
